We are not waiting for the market, fluctuating interest rates, or leadership policies to do its thing. With organizations trending toward RTO (translation: return to office), this is a reminder that Emerald Coast Real Estate is also an experienced commercial real estate broker. SAIL ON! Foiling Week 2025 is February 24-March 2, at the storied Pensacola Yacht Club. A week of insider events, clinics, workshops, races, a film festival, and more. If you’d rather stay inland, let the good times roll at Pensacola’s annual Grand Mardi Gras Parade on March 1st. Foiling Week is the premier global event in the sailing world and Pensacola is this year’s proud host. Sail Pensacola is a nonprofit with the vision to make Pensacola and Pensacola Bay the epicenter of high performance sailing in North America.

For many, a home is not complete without a furry, best friend.
SNOW, WHAT?! — ICYMI, Pensacola and other beach communities along the northern Gulf Coast, made history with snow fall in January! According to the National Weather Service, Pensacola got almost a foot of snow (8.9 inches of measured snow!) and shattered its previous 2-day snowfall record of 3.0 inches set in February 1895. This was Chula’s first snow day EVER. Can’t you tell?!
