Hello 2024!
“Clients appreciate her because she’s
knowledgeable, dependable, and easy to work with in today’s market.”
Another trip around the sun and a new year ahead with so much to be excited about in the world of real estate! I hope to see more of each of you … let’s make a plan to get together!
2024 Resolutions? Mine is to stop cursing. LOL. My REAL resolution is to invest in my business and to better support my clients! As a start, I am refreshing my website. Coming soon!
Whether you are a homeowner looking to buy or sell, or a business owner wanting to lease space, here are 3 REAL ESTATE RESOLUTIONS FOR 2024:
1) DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Many people work with real estate agents based on a referral from a friend, neighbor or co-worker. This is a great place to start. But everyone’s real estate needs are not just different, they are PERSONAL.
2) BE HONEST. Know your capacity to buy or to sell. Real estate transactions are the most rewarding when we are transparent with ourselves, first and foremost.
3) PRACTICE PATIENCE. This mindset can manage impulse purchases or nerves. Take time to understand your risks and avoid being baited by the price. Breathe in and out of the listing that’s headed into another 30 days of being on the market. We all have been on this crazy real estate roller coaster, but there’s always an opportunity if you wait for it.
Until the next time,

For many, a home is not complete
without a furry, best friend.
This is Lulu, my mom’s dog that she loved on for 20+ years. She went to doggy heaven this month. We are very sad, but we are so thankful for all of the unconditional support and companionship she provided not only for my mom but our entire family, including her sisters Feefee and Sugar. We love and miss you, Lulu! Please submit a (hi-res) picture of your furry, best friend to be featured in a future newsletter! wendy@emeraldcoastrealestate.com
